During a time of high stress and grief, Peaceful Wreaths Florist really helped me with choosing and delivering a beautiful and fitting wreath to celebrate the life of a family member. Having to sort this out from overseas, their old fashioned customer service was what was needed and so very much appreciated. Starting with an easy platform, it was easy to choose from a large selection of flowers, the florist kept me informed at every stage of the process to ensure every aspect was correct and met our needs. Peaceful Wreaths Florist also ensured our message was right and even templated it out to show how it would be presented before it was printed. After reading Google reviews, we decided to order two arrangements from Peaceful Wreaths. The company impressed us by responding promptly to our questions and concerns. They finalized our order at around 4 pm and informed us that they would prepare the arrangements the next morning after receiving fresh flowers. To our pleasant surprise, the wreaths were delivered before 10 am the next day, and they looked exactly like the pictures on their website. The flowers appeared to be fresh and beautiful. We are grateful for the excellent service provided by Peaceful Wreaths, and it was a pleasure to work with them. Their service deserves a 5-star rating, and we highly recommend them to others.
Our organization is located in the US, and we were needing to order some flowers for a wake service in Singapore pretty urgently. I came across Peaceful Wreaths while searching for florists. Comparing to another florist that we already looked at, PW has a lot more selections, and also can do same day delivery. We picked this round and white roses wreath for the meanings of simplicity and eternity. Michelle contacted me via WhatsApp early morning in Singapore time after I placed the order. She was very helpful and responsible, texting me and communicating with pictures step by step, and before noon, the wreath was delivered to the funeral home!! The whole process, from ordering to communication and to final delivery, was just super efficient. Also thanks to Michelle once again for helping me with the design and wordings of the message card. Customer service is superb. I will recommend PW to my friends for any floral needs in Singapore.

Extremely quick & responsive service. Beautiful flowers, all very fresh and qood quality large blooms. Extra flowers were added at no cost. Would highly recommend Peaceful Wreaths. My regular florist was closed for the day hence I found PW, which will be my go to florist henceforth.

Thank you Peaceful Wreaths for these beautiful floral arrangements! I ordered these on behalf of my dad who could not attend his sister, my auntie's wake, because he lives overseas. They were bigger than I thought they would be and more beautiful than advertised on the website! Seeing these flowers brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for the fast processing and delivery! I ordered them very late at night and they arrived without problem next day at about 12:15pm. We love them! I highly recommend PWnand will use them again for other occasions in the future! :)

I reside in the U.S. and had to place an order for a funeral in Singapore. The order and payment process was very easy and quick but what I'm most impressed with is the service provided. After making payment, I reached out to Michelle as indicated on the page and she maintained communications regarding the progress of my order with me. Michelle provided pictures of the note and final arrangement (which was a lot NICER than what they posted on their website!). They kept to their same day guarantee promise even on a weekend and delivered a flawless product at a very competitive price point. Very very satisfied and cannot recommend them enough.

Requested for changes in the online order and the staff sees to it that my request is being done properly by sending me constant updates and consent from me . Delivery is also very fast, order 1 pm , item came 7 pm . Product is beautifully done. Superb!

Looking for consolation flower stand for a friend and needed to send by today ( which is like the next few hours ) and chance upon here which is able to fulfil my request.. ordered and paid by CC, screenshot and WhatsApp Michelle and ask if possible to deliver by 3pm… to my surprise, she updated at 11am plus and they flowers were delivered around 12 plus… Pleasant transaction!! ☺️
